This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

What Information I Collect:
In order to fulfill your order, you have provided me, through Etsy, with your name, postal address, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also have provided me with additional personal information, including the name and address of a second party if your purchase was a gift, or names and information for a custom message or custom order.

Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
as needed to provide my products, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by sending you automated coupons or offers through Etsy;
if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and

Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my products and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
Shipping providers. I will share your personal information with third party shipping companies in order to deliver your order.

Retention and Storage of Personal Data
I will retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with your order and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information on file for a period of three years to comply with my legal, regulatory, and tax obligations.

All business records and transactions, including those that contain personal information, are stored and processed by Etsy and through a third-party hosting service in the US. As a result, if you live outside the U.S. I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your home jurisdiction. I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

Your Rights
